Job Description
The Client Services Director leads the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team and oversees administrative systems that support exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the PCC team delivers exceptional customer service and patient experiences.
- Monitoring referral workflows and ensuring new patient referrals are contacted within two business days.
- Supporting PCC team members with training, coaching, and problem solving.
- Developing and maintaining a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
- Reviewing policies, procedures, and forms with direct reports.
- Ensuring adequate administrative staffing to support patient care and business objectives.
- Developing, documenting, and training staff on patient intake processes and workflows.
- Serving as liaison for administrative technology systems, including EMR, internet, printing, and phone systems.
- Managing office supply ordering and administrative resources.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
