Responsibilities
- Responsible for the scheduling and optimization of service work.
- Ensures all customer commitments are met in regard to service delivery.
- Schedules and dispatches field labor force to meet customer requests and expectations based on urgency, contractual obligations, available resources, and customer needs.
- Handles all emergency dispatching of engineers, modifies current dispatching schedule, and does long-term planning to ensure even distribution of dispatching.
- Communicates and resolves issues with customers and personnel regarding the scheduling of service repair work.
- Alerts leadership of potential problems resulting from customer or field complaints and works to resolve them.
- Makes judgments based on current workloads and priorities to reassign work as needed to manage customer expectations.
- Maintains Technician activity and schedules to ensure customer commitments are met, and communicates status changes back to the customer.
- Measures branch activity and identifies areas requiring improvement, developing and implementing action plans with branch/region management.

Requirements
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Prioritize scheduling backorders and track and resolve customer issues.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Product knowledge of life safety (Fire Alarm & Sprinkler) equipment preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment (or prior work in a JCI District Office, preferred).

Pay
Hiring hourly range: $18.00-25.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
