Client Services Associate (Plano, TX)

About the role

As a Client Services Associate / Collectors Concierge, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to collectors worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with drop-off orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Inform prospective and existing customers about company services, policies, and promotions
• Schedule drop-offs with customers to maintain an organized flow of products to the Collectors facility
• Work with Security and/or Sales for high-value submissions
• Attend to onsite VIP submitters to ensure a top-tier guest experience
• Aid in order assistance during downtime, including answering customer questions and resolving issues
• Manage the pickup room daily, coordinating pickups with customers and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Represent the company at trade shows and assist with order processing
• Communicate effectively via email, live chat, and social media to maintain positive customer relationships
• Resolve customer complaints and issues according to company policies
• Support the team by participating in meetings and representing the company professionally

Requirements

• Able to travel up to 40% of the time
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Valid passport (preferred but not required)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Customer care/hospitality experience
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
• 4+ years of customer care/hospitality experience

Skills

• Computer proficiency: Navision, Grading System Manifesting/Order Processing, Zendesk, Ring Central, Slack, and Google Docs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Pay

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.50. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.

Schedule

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week. You will report to our Customer Experience Supervisor and work from our Plano, TX office.
