Client Services Associate
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding steps, ensuring documentation is complete and expectations are clearly communicated.
- Keep client files, account details, and related records accurate, current, and well organized.
- Aid with compliance-related tasks by monitoring documentation requirements and supporting adherence to internal standards.
- Prepare meeting packets, reports, and supporting materials for upcoming client appointments.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for client service requests, follow-ups, and routine account-related questions.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements that enhance service quality and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client services, client support, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.
- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and the ability to support clients in a detail-focused services environment.
- Demonstrated strength in client relations with a service-oriented and detail-focused approach.
- Experience handling administrative procedures with accuracy, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency using CRM systems to track client activity, maintain records, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare detail-focused client-facing materials.
- Must have Series 7/ 66 licenses
