Our client, a privately held financial services firm, is looking for a Client Services Associate to join their team near Seven Hills, OH. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of client accounts
• Act as a point of contact for client communications via phone and email
• Prepare and process new account openings using digital tools (e.g., e-signature)
• Cook up and coordinate account transfers, distributions, and maintenance requests
• Draft correspondence and prepare documentation for clients and financial institutions
• Process financial transactions (ACH, wires, etc.)
• Maintain and update CRM systems and client records with a high level of accuracy
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external financial institutions
• Support preparation and distribution of client materials, including quarterly reports
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars using digital tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing administrative or office support experience required
• Experience within wealth management, financial services, banking, or a CPA firm required
• Experience utilizing CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) required
• Ability to work onsite required
