The Client Services Analyst II, Pathology Admin serves as the Pathology resource for Outreach and Billing. Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pathology resource for Outreach and Billing.
• Investigate registration/ordering errors.
• Perform education to staff regarding errors and correct errors in multiple systems.
• Create and maintain reports needed for Pathology using LIS or HIS systems.
• Work with Outreach to validate interfaces for private physician practices.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required.
• 3 years of experience in Information Technology - Technical - Healthcare preferred.
• Licensure: Not applicable.
