Job Summary
Our Client Service Admin Intern will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a strong online presence for our company. Responsibilities include implementing online marketing strategies through social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via telephone or email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Collect and enter requests for new or additional services.
- Handle case assignments and service scheduling.
- Field client inquiries and complaints; when the issue is beyond your knowledge, forward it to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Perform client satisfaction calls.
- Maintain client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Attend in-service training as required by regulation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
Skills & Abilities
- Medical scheduling experience is required.
- Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Able to multitask.
- Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole preferred.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Interest in gaining experience in scheduling within the healthcare sector.
- Current college student, or recent graduate.
- Must have experience in an office setting.
- Ability to professionally represent the organization at all times.
- Maintain standards of high-quality customer service.
- eClinical Works or similar EMR experience is preferred.
- Ability to commute to our office in Union, NJ.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Schedule
We offer flexible hours. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who can commit to an internship onsite three (3) days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For current students, the internship may be extended throughout their academic enrollment, provided they maintain the expected standards of performance and professional conduct. Our Corporate and Administrative Internship positions at Neuropath are designed as structured learning and development experiences, with a minimum commitment of six (6) months. Completion of our internship program — whether as an undergraduate or as a graduate with a bachelor’s degree — does not guarantee employment. While participation in the internship may lead to consideration for a paid role, transition to employment is not automatic or guaranteed. Hiring decisions are determined by organizational needs, position availability, and the individual’s demonstrated readiness for the role. Interns seeking to transition into a paid position must meet the following criteria: Successful completion of the full 6-month internship term. Completion of all required training and workflow processes. Demonstrated proficiency in all core responsibilities, with the ability to perform assigned tasks independently and comprehensively without direct supervision. Successful performance reviews at both the 90-day and 180-day milestones. Ability to commute to our office in Union, NJ.
