Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Observes/shadows employees in multiple roles/departments to understand health care operations.
- Completes structured learning projects related to the assigned department.
- Attends meetings, training sessions, and educational presentations.
- Learns healthcare workflows, policies, and business processes.
- Conducts research or prepares presentations as part of an assigned learning project.
- Participates in professional development and networking opportunities.
- Assists with limited administrative tasks that support learning objectives and are performed under direct supervision.

Education And Experience Criteria
- Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from high school, an accredited college, university, technical, or vocational program.
- Pursuing a degree or certificate related to the internship area is preferred.
- No prior professional experience required.
- School approval may be required when applicable.

Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
