Client Services Administrator
Full-time role based at our Support Centre in Bristol (BS1 3LG) with a salary of £24,784.50 per annum and 37.5 weekly hours.
About the role
This is an entry-level position within our Client Services team, focused on providing essential administrative support to ensure client campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively. You'll work closely with internal teams and field merchandisers, helping coordinate activity, manage information, and keep everything running on track.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for client and merchandiser queries via phone and email
- Create clear and engaging briefs for merchandisers based on client requirements
- Support campaign delivery by scheduling activity through internal systems
- Prepare reports by reviewing and collating campaign data
- Develop instructions, questionnaires, and briefing documents for field teams
- Ensure merchandisers have everything they need to complete tasks successfully
- Monitor completed work, checking for accuracy and compliance
- Flag issues and resolve queries quickly to keep campaigns on track
Requirements
- Strong IT literacy, particularly across Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- A willingness to learn advanced Excel skills (such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset
- Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to build a career, not just find a job
- Experience in retail and how in-store execution drives results
