Responsibilities
- Regularly serve as a trusted partner for large employer groups, building strong, consultative relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Take ownership of the employer service experience by anticipating needs, identifying risks early, and keeping relationships healthy and on track.
- Lead the resolution of complex, high-impact service issues, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and root-cause solutions.
- Act as a strong advocate for employers, coordinating across internal teams to drive timely outcomes and reinforce the value of Alegeus solutions.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, providing proactive updates, guidance, and education to employers and internal stakeholders.
- Deepen your expertise in Alegeus platforms, plan design, and CDH products while contributing to continuous improvement and team initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, employer service, account support, benefits administration, operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting external customers or business stakeholders and resolving complex, multi-issue inquiries.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, benefits administration, financial services, or another regulated service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay
The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range: $53,000.00 - $90,400.00
