Client Service Specialist

Job Description

The Client Service Specialist performs administrative duties in support of their department. This role offers an opportunity to work with the leading legal team servicing the digital asset and blockchain industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in handling highly sensitive and confidential communications
• Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and organization
• Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without direct supervision
• Advanced proficiency in rules of English grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Fundamental proficiency with Firm billing systems and practices
• Fundamental proficiency in MS Word, and document editing/comparison applications
• Fundamental proficiency in MS Outlook and web-based conference call/web-sharing applications
• Fundamental proficiency in MS Excel and spreadsheet/database applications
• Fundamental proficiency in MS PowerPoint and presentation applications
• Basic computer literacy including the operation of office equipment, such as copiers, scanners
