Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience
- Build trust with clients through professionalism and follow-through
Account Management & Operations
- Process account opening, maintenance, and service requests
- Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve client needs
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all client transactions
Meeting Preparation & Execution
- Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
- Manage follow-ups and ensure completion of action items
- Support advisors with both pre- and post-meeting workflows
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems
- Assist with financial planning documentation and processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial services client service or operations
- Strong understanding of wealth management workflows and client lifecycle
- Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce/Ameriprise preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66 strongly preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Experience within a financial advisory or wealth management practice
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide)

Pay
Base Salary: $63,000 – $70,000 (exempt) with bonus potential

Schedule
- Hybrid potential based on experience
- In-office collaboration Monday–Thursday
