Client Service Representative - Livonia, MI

What You’ll Do

• Coordinating service requests and scheduling appointments.
• Serving as a liaison between clients, sales, and service teams.
• Supporting service and sales teams with paperwork, schedules, and client communications.
• Helping clients understand and choose residential services that fit their needs.
• Following up with clients and assisting with account collections.
• Keeping everything organized to ensure the smooth operation of the Service Center.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age, high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Basic office and computer skills.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, crouch, and lift up to 20 lbs.
