At E8 Telecommunications, entry-level Client Service Representatives fill newly developed positions available within our company, which will essentially transition the ideal applicant into our senior sales management role.
Client Service Representative Job Duties
- Brand awareness, customer acquisitions, direct sales and direct marketing promotions
- Specializes in promotions & assisting in marketing and promotional campaigns
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales results as needed
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and realizing customer needs
- Solves problems for clients if need be by clarifying the customer’s complaint; focusing on the cause of the problem and explaining the best solutions to their problem
Client Service Representative Requirements
