At E8 Telecommunications, entry-level Client Service Representatives fill newly developed positions available within our company, which will essentially transition the ideal applicant into our senior sales management role.

Client Service Representative Job Duties

• Brand awareness, customer acquisitions, direct sales and direct marketing promotions
• Specializes in promotions & assisting in marketing and promotional campaigns
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales results as needed
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and realizing customer needs
• Solves problems for clients if need be by clarifying the customer’s complaint; focusing on the cause of the problem and explaining the best solutions to their problem

Client Service Representative Requirements

• Skills/Qualifications in Customer Service, Sales Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information
