Client Service Representative II/Floater

About the Role

The Client Service Representative II/Floater is an onsite position responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, through the mail and through online banking including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, stop payments, and wires. This role balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. The position performs a broad variety of Consumer New Account functions such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates of deposit and assisting clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems. The role answers client questions regarding the Bank's products and services and performs a variety of account maintenance duties. This position actively cross-sells the Bank's products and services, and accepts/processes various applications for online banking systems. The CSR II/Floater will travel to other offices in the region to provide coverage as needed due to vacations, illnesses and other leaves of absence. The role performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical functions, and assists the Branch Manager and/or the Client Service Manager with other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

• High school graduate or equivalent

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures
• Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years of Teller and new account experience in the financial services industry

Skills/Abilities

• Good communication skills
• Professional appearance, dress and attitude
• Good math skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software package

Pay

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 to $21.00.
