What to Expect in the Role
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Schedule appointments and surgeries accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and relay messages appropriately
- Check clients in and out, including processing payments and invoices
- Oversee our online pharmacy and other online platforms
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the team with general front desk and administrative duties
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in a veterinary practice or medical office is preferred
- Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability, attendance, and accountability
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Motivated to continue learning and developing skills within veterinary medicine
