What to Expect in the Role

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages appropriately
  • Check clients in and out, including processing payments and invoices
  • Oversee our online pharmacy and other online platforms
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support the team with general front desk and administrative duties
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Prior experience in a veterinary practice or medical office is preferred
    • Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability, attendance, and accountability
    • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
    • Motivated to continue learning and developing skills within veterinary medicine
