Client Service Representative (CSR) - Tyson's Galleria
About the Role
Working with Boutique Management, the Client Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Client Service functions of the Boutique. This includes overseeing the POS System, Aftersales, Phone Communication, Cash Integrity, Inventory Control, Loss Prevention, and Client Service, as well as assisting in the management of all areas of Boutique operations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
- Accurately and efficiently operate registers and maintain all cash and media at the registers.
- Use proper telephone etiquette when answering calls, taking messages, addressing customer inquiries, and transferring calls.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
- Manage all customer exchanges or returns in partnership with the Boutique Leadership Team.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Accurately complete all opening and closing procedures, including securing all cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly appearance of the register area and keep supplies stocked.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in all inventory processes.
- Help solve problems and make informed suggestions that affect service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, policy and procedures, receiving product, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours/days such as nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
