About the role

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll be part of a team that is improving lives through the home-based care they provide. We are looking for a service-oriented professional to assist our Personal Care at Home Manager with staff scheduling and the daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Personal Care at Home Manager in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and text communications form clients, prospective clients, and employees
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
- Aid with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
- Act as a customer services representative for the Personal Care at Home clients and employees
Requirements
- One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Positive attitude and be motivated to help others
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines
- Proficiency with modern technologies
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
