Responsibilities

• Handle phones, scheduling, and front desk flow like a pro
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth (even on the busy days)
• Keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward
• Support your team and jump in wherever needed
• Stay calm, kind, and solutions-focused—even when things get hectic

Requirements

• 1–2 years of front desk experience (veterinary or medical preferred)
• Communicates clearly, kindly, and confidently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without losing their cool
• Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Shows up as a true team player—every day
