Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service
- Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must possess problem-solving ability
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Have a positive and driven attitude
- Experience with CRM systems and best practices
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to multi-task, strong time management
- Bilingual is a Plus
Responsibilities
- Onsite, The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm
- Handling 40+ inbound calls daily
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as this information may be used for analysis and to improve client services
- Uploading documents to client files
- Evaluating Credit Reports, and advising clients on ways to improve credit scores
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries regarding billing
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction thus to maintain client retention
- Asking for referrals and reviews
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals
- Transferring calls internally to existing departments
