Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must possess problem-solving ability
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Have a positive and driven attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems and best practices
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to multi-task, strong time management
  • Bilingual is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Onsite, The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday 9:30 am - 5 pm
  • Handling 40+ inbound calls daily
  • Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Keep record of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as this information may be used for analysis and to improve client services
  • Uploading documents to client files
  • Evaluating Credit Reports, and advising clients on ways to improve credit scores
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries regarding billing
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction thus to maintain client retention
  • Asking for referrals and reviews
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Transferring calls internally to existing departments
