Client Service Representative $20 - $22/hr. | Brighton/Commerce City, CO Animal Urgent Care (AUC Northeast) is a 9,000 square foot emergency hospital featuring surgical capabilities, ultrasound, radiology (X-ray), and inpatient hospitalization. Responsibilities Provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clientsFacilitate admission of patientsSupport the doctors and support staff as neededAssist with euthanasia paperwork and provide compassionate service to owners suffering from loss and griefCollect deposits for appointments and proceduresCommunicate patient progress/owner updates to clients in the lobbyAnswer questions clients may have while in the lobbySchedule future appointments/follow up as neededSign in visitors and vendorsLook for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassionDaily cleaning of front desk/lobby area – wipe down surfaces, sweep lobby, etc.Uphold our Core Values in all aspects of the job: Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, and Compassion Qualifications At least 2 year of customer service experience in the veterinary field.Familiarity with payment collection processes.Experience managing multi-line phone systems.Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
