About the role
The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit Central Wyoming Counseling Center (CWCC).
Schedule
8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software platforms
- CPC (coding), demonstrated ICD-10 proficiency, and experience with behavioral health CPT codes and healthcare reimbursement practices (preferred)
- Professional certification (e.g., AAPC) in behavioral health coding (preferred)
- Compassionate, empathetic, and caring personality
- Enjoy helping others
Responsibilities
- Coordinate front-desk activities
- Distribute correspondence
- Redirect phone calls
- Provide administrative support across the organization
