Responsibilities
- Greeting clients
- Booking appointments
- Rooming patients and taking a brief history
- Client communication
- Managing phone lines
- Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
- Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
- Maintaining medical records
Requirements
- Comfortable around cats and dogs
- Strives to provide each client with compassion and care
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting (Veterinary or medical setting preferred)
- Available Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm. Shift times may vary.

We are a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team.
