Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients
  • Booking appointments
  • Rooming patients and taking a brief history
  • Client communication
  • Managing phone lines
  • Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
  • Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
  • Maintaining medical records

Requirements

  • Comfortable around cats and dogs
  • Strives to provide each client with compassion and care
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting (Veterinary or medical setting preferred)
  • Available Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm. Shift times may vary.

About the Role

We are a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team. We are offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits.
