Client Service Rep - (Vancouver Main)

About the role

Riverview Bank is seeking a team member who can contribute to the provision of basic bank deposit services while promoting a positive image through friendly and efficient customer service. This position involves selling and cross-selling Riverview products and services, opening new accounts, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and use problem-solving skills to satisfy customer needs.
• Process, record, track, and verify various types of financial transactions, information, and events.
• Prepare and/or complete various reports and forms accurately.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Sell and cross-sell Riverview products and services.
• Open new accounts.
• Follow branch procedures.
• Comply with regulatory and state and federal laws.
• Follow all security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use office equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is between $19 and $21 per hour.
