About the role
Join Stretch Zone as a Client Service Rep and play a key role in helping our members feel better, move better, and live better. No prior experience is required, just enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Share the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continually sharpening sales skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming members, scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and resolving questions or concerns
- Support strong member retention through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and delivering a smooth, positive member experience
Requirements
- Sales experience or a related background is preferred, but not required
- Comprehensive training provided
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- A minimum prerequisite to SZM is a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
