Client Service Representatives

About the role

VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Client Service Representatives to join their team. Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be passionate about helping pets and their families, and be punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients promptly and courteously
• Handle client inquiries regarding appointments, services, and billing
• Manage client complaints and concerns professionally
• Coordinate with veterinarians and other staff members as needed
• Ensure smooth operation of the reception area
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record-keeping

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary medicine
• Experience in specialty veterinary medicine preferred
• Patient, empathetic, and able to handle stressful situations calmly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures

Pay

$20.00/hour, higher with experience, plus additional differentials on nights and weekends

Schedule

Variety of schedules available, consisting of three 13-hour days, with some weekend requirements
