Client Service & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee outsourced accounting engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting processes for accuracy and completeness
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing accounting guidance and financial insights
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Identify opportunities to improve client accounting workflows and reporting processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Review work completed by accounting staff and provide mentorship and guidance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive accounting and advisory solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience managing client accounting relationships or outsourced accounting services preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 - $95,000, based on experience
