About the role

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead the Client Service Representative teams at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists and Emergency (NWVS) in Clackamas, OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and the ability to lead a team to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily staffing and scheduling
• Develop and implement professional development and training programs
• Mentor and guide team members
• Ensure efficient flow of processes, services, and offerings that benefit clients
• Perform administrative and hands-on activities to maintain high standards of client service
• Support effective business operations through discretionary activities
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
