The Opportunity
This is a high-touch, client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of service, strategy, and trust. You Won't Be "managing Accounts." You'll Be The trusted advisor, the proactive problem-spotter, the credible voice clients rely on, and the bridge between clients and our accounting, tax, and advisory teams. If you naturally anticipate needs before they're spoken, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the senior relationship lead for a curated portfolio of premier clients
- Deliver a concierge-level, white-glove experience
- Translate complex accounting and tax concepts into clear, confident communication
- Anticipate needs by deeply understanding each client’s business and financial landscape
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Oversee onboarding and elevate the client journey from day one
- Protect the client experience with urgency, discretion, and professionalism
- Partner with leadership to continuously refine and elevate service delivery
Who Thrives Here
- You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have 7+ years in client service or relationship management within a CPA or professional services firm
- You Have Supported Sophisticated or High-NET-WORTH clients
- You Communicate With Executive Presence and Strong Judgment
- You Are Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Proactive
- You Hold Confidentiality and Ethical Standards in the Highest Regard
- CPA, MBA, or Advanced Credentials Strongly Preferred
