Client Service Intern - Summer 2027
About the role
Join us in our Waukee, IA location for our 10-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the insurance industry while you explore your own talents and interests.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing existing client relationships
- Handling day-to-day service needs
- Aiding in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information
- Assisting in the marketing of new and renewal business by gathering needed information
- Aiding the sales and service teams in preparing and creating materials for presentations
- Attending client meetings
- Supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales process
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution
- Prior work experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
Qualifications
- Examples of prior majors’ interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more
