Client Service Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

Join us in our Sioux Falls, SD location for our 10-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the insurance industry while you explore your own talents and interests.

Responsibilities

• Aiding in managing existing client relationships
• Handling day-to-day service needs
• Aiding in ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information
• Aiding the sales and services teams with marketing of new and renewal business
• Assisting the sales and service teams with preparation & creation of materials for presentations
• Attending client meetings
• Aiding the sales and service teams with gathering needed information
• Supporting the sales team by delivering on agreements made during the sales process
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in a customer service or administrative role

• Examples of prior majors’ interns have pursued: Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Health Promotion, Risk Management & Insurance, and more

Pay

Paid hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, 10 weeks long.
