About the role
The Client Service Coordinator supports the Property Management Office at Tishman Speyer, a diversified developer, operator, and investment manager of top-tier real estate globally. Reporting to the Director, this role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point-of-contact for customers and vendors, routing requests and inquiries
- Manage customer requests using the work order system and coordinate with building operations team
- Assist new customers with onboarding procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely manner
- Support the Property Management team in fostering long-lasting relationships with customers
- Provide support to ensure smooth operations of the Property Management Office (PMO)
- Process all Contractor Access Forms (CAFs) in coordination with Property Managers, Chief Engineer, Tenants, and General Contractors
- Maintain certificates of insurance for contractors, customers, and vendors
- Update and distribute daily freight and dock schedule (activity/security memo)
- Draft customer notifications in advance for Property Managers' approval and distribution
- Communicate building updates to customers
- Update all customer & staff directories, emergency contact lists, building guides, and manuals
- Aid in coordinating and preparing building tours
- Set up and maintain new building accounts, organize, and order office supplies for the Property Management Office as necessary
- Conduct periodic inspections of common areas, including fitness center, locker rooms, lobbies, and exterior grounds
- Set up all auto-debits for utilities and updates to contract matrix monthly
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing

Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 base salary
