Client Service Coordinator
The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team (in terms of numbers of clients and pets), ensuring good communication with associates and clients, and coordinating the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly, and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.

Requirements
- Current associate status required
- Experience in a customer service or veterinary environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients/pets simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a veterinary assistant program or equivalent training
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
The pay range for this role is $15.39 - $19.67 Hourly. The specific rate is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.
Schedule
Full-time (FT) Associates are eligible for all benefit programs (Student Debt Program available for FT DVMs only); Part-time Associates are eligible for those benefits with an asterisk (*).
