Client Service Coordinator

About the role
As a Client Service Coordinator on our Employee Benefits team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional client service, building trusted relationships, and helping clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day service operations for employee benefits clients and service teams
- Manage standardized service requests and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and shared file repositories
- Adhere to service timelines, internal standards, documentation procedures, and quality expectations
- Collaborate with Client Managers and Assistant Client Managers to resolve service issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to support service continuity and team coverage
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment changes while supporting billing and service issue resolution
- Prepare client materials, benefit documentation, reporting deliverables, notices, and other service-related communications
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, customer service, sales support, administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, recordkeeping, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive and deadline-driven work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry processes
- Ability to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve client concerns
- Basic mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, human resources, or professional services environments
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and electronic document management platforms
- Experience with enrollment support, client documentation, eligibility management, or reporting activities
- Knowledge of Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms
- Database management and PowerPoint experience
- Customer service certification or related professional training

Hourly Range - $21–$24
