Client Service Associate - Wealth Management

About the Opportunity:The Client Service Associate - Wealth Management plays a vital role in maintaining client relationships, supporting advisors, and ensuring operational accuracy. This position contributes directly to the smooth functioning of client accounts and practice management, enhancing advisor-client interactions and overall service quality. 3. Responsibilities:Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account updates and portal navigation.Provide timely and professional client service to build trust.Prepare financial documents and coordinate meetings for advisors.Schedule and manage events to support practice operations.Open and maintain client accounts across multiple custodial platforms.Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and other internal systems.Manage documentation to meet compliance standards.Draft client communications and support administrative workflows.Identify and propose improvements to practice operations. 4. Requirements:3-5 years of client service experience in professional services, preferably wealth management.Experience with custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.Familiarity with eMoney or Orion platforms is a plus.Series 7 and/or Series 65 licenses preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organization and attention to detail.Proactive, self-starting approach with strong time management.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Commitment to professional ethics and regulatory compliance.Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity.Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $65,000-$72,000Competitive salary plus bonus pool 6.
