About the role
The Client Service Associate (CSA) role is a key member of the firm's client experience team, responsible for delivering a seamless, responsive, and high-touch experience. This is a highly visible position where you will interact directly with clients, support their needs, and help manage the day-to-day operations that keep relationships running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Open new client accounts and assist with ACAT transfers
- Facilitate money movements, including wires, ACH, distributions, and RMDs
- Cook up and process trade instructions under advisor direction
- Update client records, including beneficiaries, banking details, and contact information
- Prepare and follow through on custodial paperwork
- Communicate with custodians to resolve issues and complete transactions
- Maintain accurate data within CRM and custodian platforms
- Partner closely with advisors and team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience supporting financial advisors
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused demeanor
- A high attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, comfortable learning and navigating CRM systems and custodian platforms (experience with Schwab is a plus)
- A high integrity, discretion, and a genuine commitment to client care
- A passion for what you do with a team-oriented mindset
