About the Role

Our client is a nationally recognized financial services firm with more than 100 locations across the U.S., supporting over $72 billion in client assets. The Waukesha office is seeking a polished and client-focused Client Service Associate to support both client relationships and day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in supporting advisors and clients by managing account activity, coordinating client service needs, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
    • Support client relationship development through ongoing communication and participation in meetings in a technical and support capacity
  • Client Support and Preparation
    • Assist advisors with financial planning support, including data gathering, analysis, documentation preparation, and implementation of client recommendations
    • Support account opening, maintenance, and ongoing servicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
    • Manage client follow-ups, action items, and CRM updates to maintain organized and proactive client engagement
  • Operations and Administration
    • Support daily operational workflows including account processing, custodial coordination, billing, compliance reviews, and record management
    • Assist with trading support, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians and external partners
    • Maintain organized systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Team and Office Support
    • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting internal initiatives and special projects as needed
    • Assist with general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

  • Two plus years of experience in a client service or operations role within wealth management supporting financial advisor(s)
  • Experience with Pershing NetX360, NetX360+, Pershing X, Wove, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated integrity and understanding of fiduciary responsibility
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
