Client Service Associate (Wealth Management)
About the Role
Our client is a nationally recognized financial services firm with more than 100 locations across the U.S., supporting over $72 billion in client assets. The Waukesha office is seeking a polished and client-focused Client Service Associate to support both client relationships and day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in supporting advisors and clients by managing account activity, coordinating client service needs, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support client relationship development through ongoing communication and participation in meetings in a technical and support capacity
- Client Support and Preparation
- Assist advisors with financial planning support, including data gathering, analysis, documentation preparation, and implementation of client recommendations
- Support account opening, maintenance, and ongoing servicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
- Manage client follow-ups, action items, and CRM updates to maintain organized and proactive client engagement
- Operations and Administration
- Support daily operational workflows including account processing, custodial coordination, billing, compliance reviews, and record management
- Assist with trading support, transaction processing, and coordination with custodians and external partners
- Maintain organized systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness
- Team and Office Support
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting internal initiatives and special projects as needed
- Assist with general office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Two plus years of experience in a client service or operations role within wealth management supporting financial advisor(s)
- Experience with Pershing NetX360, NetX360+, Pershing X, Wove, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated integrity and understanding of fiduciary responsibility
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of responsibilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
