About the role
We’re partnering with a highly respected, technology-forward RIA firm in Islip, NY that’s growing and adding a Client Service Associate – RIA Wealth Management to support a busy advisory team.
Responsibilities
- Be a key client contact for service requests, account questions, and follow-ups
- Open and maintain accounts, including transfers, distributions, and updates
- Prepare and process client paperwork with strong accuracy and compliance awareness
- Support advisors with meeting prep, follow-up items, and client communication
- Track requests through completion and keep clients updated with clear timelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data is clean and current
- Cook up with custodians and third-party partners to move items forward
- Aid in planning/implementation workflows and service execution
- Absorb a high-touch client experience in a process-driven office
Requirements
- 2+ years in wealth management / private wealth / advisor support / client service
- Comfort working in an RIA or advisory environment (understands how RIAs operate)
- Series 65 or Series 66 & 7 preferred (or willingness to pursue)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and client-facing confidence
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office
- Tech-savvy; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
- Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership without being chased
Qualifications
