Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow over $3 million+ in annual roofing service business for a premier national account, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, customer retention and rapid issue resolution
- Quote Generation & Sales: Expertly build, break down, and deliver detailed service quotes. Pitch and sell these quotes directly to the customer, translating technical roofing needs into clear business value
- RAMP Program Execution: Champion and utilize the RAMP (Roof Asset Management Program) platform to manage assets, track service life cycles, and strategically advise the client on preventative maintenance and capital expenditure
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub of communication between the customer and internal teams. Partner daily with Service Directors, Service Managers, and SSRs to ensure smooth operational delivery and fast project turnarounds
- Proactive Communication: Maintain a high-energy, proactive approach to account management. Consistently "pick up the phone" to keep business moving swiftly, preempt client needs, and resolve internal bottlenecks
- Business Development: Leverage your roofing expertise and high motivation to identify opportunities for account growth, upselling services, and expanding CentiMark’s footprint within the client's portfolio
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, maintenance, and repair protocols a plus
- Sales & Quoting Experience: Demonstrated ability to accurately break down complex pricing, deliver quotes, and assist with the close sales directly with B2B customers
- Drive & Motivation: A highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong desire to grow professionally and scale the business
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick phone calls and rapid problem-solving are standard
- Collaborative Spirit: A proven track record of working effectively with internal operations teams (Service Directors, Managers, etc.) to advocate for the customer while respecting operational capacities
- System Proficiency: Ability to quickly adapt to and master internal software programs, specifically 3rd party portals, SAP and Salesforce
