Essential Functions
- Leads the daily activities of client service associates.
- Counsels and coaches branch staff to improve customer service, sales, and operational skills by providing on-the-job training.
- Develops action plans to meet individual and branch goals.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of branch operations.
- Supervises branch activities in the absence of, or in conjunction with, branch management team.
- Expands the client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
- Processes cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

- This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $26 - $28 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
