What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide best in class service that can support all clients from a styling, sales, and issue resolution perspective.
- Focus on client satisfaction with the highest degree of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Give our clients confidence in our brand, people, and processes through positive communication.
- Drive positive solutions to issues with critical thinking.
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate team members and departments.
- Make decisions based on what is best for the client while protecting our brand.
- Ensure a timely response and resolution on any issues with exemplary follow through.
- Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
- Seek out projects and self-development to improve personal performance during slower times.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, call center, retail, preferably in the apparel, footwear, luxury environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a service-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Motivated, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
- Computer skills including experience with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
- Analytical thinking and quick issue resolution ability.
- Composure and ability to handle unexpected challenges and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
