What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Provide best in class service that can support all clients from a styling, sales, and issue resolution perspective.
  • Focus on client satisfaction with the highest degree of professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Give our clients confidence in our brand, people, and processes through positive communication.
  • Drive positive solutions to issues with critical thinking.
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate team members and departments.
  • Make decisions based on what is best for the client while protecting our brand.
  • Ensure a timely response and resolution on any issues with exemplary follow through.
  • Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
  • Seek out projects and self-development to improve personal performance during slower times.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, call center, retail, preferably in the apparel, footwear, luxury environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate a service-centric approach with a positive attitude.
  • Motivated, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Computer skills including experience with MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
  • Analytical thinking and quick issue resolution ability.
  • Composure and ability to handle unexpected challenges and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
