What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide best in class service that can support all clients from a styling, sales, and issue resolution perspective.
• Focus on client satisfaction with the highest degree of professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Give our clients confidence in our brand, people, and processes through positive communication.
• Drive positive solutions to issues through critical thinking.
• Ensure one call resolution and communicate client feedback appropriately.
• Make decisions that benefit the client while protecting our brand.
• Follow up on issues to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
• Understand and adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Seek out and complete additional projects to improve personal performance during slower times.

Qualifications/Experience

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, call center, retail, preferably in the apparel, footwear, luxury environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• A service-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Motivation, patience, and attention to detail.
• Computer skills including experience with MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
• Analytical thinking and quick issue resolution ability.
• Composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
