Responsibilities
- Handle mail and package operations
- Support office supplies and shipping and receiving
- Organize supply inventories and equipment management
- Aid with meeting room setups
- Provide hospitality and occasional reception coverage
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, office support, or similar
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort learning new systems and processes
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift/move 40–60 lbs, frequent walking, bending, standing, and light manual activity, ability to operate common office equipment
