We’re hiring a Client Services Associate to support daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Ideal candidates excel in a fast-paced environment, love helping others, and take pride in maintaining a polished, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Handle mail and package operations
  • Support office supplies and shipping and receiving
  • Organize supply inventories and equipment management
  • Aid with meeting room setups
  • Provide hospitality and occasional reception coverage

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, office support, or similar
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfort learning new systems and processes
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Qualifications

  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift/move 40–60 lbs, frequent walking, bending, standing, and light manual activity, ability to operate common office equipment
