The Client Service Associate will join the high-performing Concierge team at Kestra Financial, a wealth management platform dedicated to empowering independent financial professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for advisors, staff, and clients, delivering proactive, high-touch service with professionalism and care.
  • Own the experience from start to finish, resolving a wide range of service requests with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with confidence, collaborating across departments to deliver timely, tailored outcomes.
  • Help advisors and clients confidently use platforms like AdvisorComplete and Wealthscape.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client service within financial services, banking, or operations.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex client needs.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • SIE and Series 7 required (or obtained within 6 months of employment).

Qualifications

  • Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
  • Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
