Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

Actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
