About the Role
The Client Service Associate supports client account administration, responds to client-related requests, prepares and reviews investment documentation, supports the delivery of a high-quality client experience, maintains client records, updates CRM systems, coordinates with custodians and third-party service providers, monitors client cash activity, assists with capital calls and funding obligations, ensures investment transactions are accurately tracked and recorded, and supports operational enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist with client account administration, respond to client-related requests, and support the delivery of a high-quality client experience.
- Investment Execution: Prepare and review investment documentation, subscription and redemption materials, wire instructions, and related transaction records.
- Portfolio Reporting: Support the preparation and review of client reports, performance statements, presentations, and account documentation.
- Account Management: Maintain client records, update CRM systems, support AML/KYC documentation, and coordinate with custodians and third-party service providers.
- Operations Coordination: Monitor client cash activity, assist with capital calls and funding obligations, and ensure investment transactions are accurately tracked and recorded.
- Process Improvement: Support operational enhancements, reporting efficiencies, and ongoing initiatives designed to improve client service and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in client service, investment operations, fund operations, financial services, or a related field is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to investment management, wealth management, or related financial services environments is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
