Key Responsibilities

  • Aid advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions as directed.
  • Support client meetings by scheduling and confirming appointments, entering data into contact manager, creating meeting agendas and summaries, escorting clients to meetings, and following up as necessary.
  • Ensure new business paperwork is processed efficiently, including form preparation, signature acquisition, application tracking, and coordination of rollovers.
  • Coordinate marketing events by organizing the event, contacting vendors, finalizing details, drafting compliance documentation, and managing reimbursement.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, composing routine client communications, supporting closings, setting up client files, handling new business correspondence and alerts.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience required.
  • Experience working in a client service environment.
  • Strong detail-oriented and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
  • Independence in working with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication with all organizational levels.
  • Process-oriented and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong computer and software skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Full-time employment preference.
  • Exempt status preferred.
