Key Responsibilities
- Aid advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions as directed.
- Support client meetings by scheduling and confirming appointments, entering data into contact manager, creating meeting agendas and summaries, escorting clients to meetings, and following up as necessary.
- Ensure new business paperwork is processed efficiently, including form preparation, signature acquisition, application tracking, and coordination of rollovers.
- Coordinate marketing events by organizing the event, contacting vendors, finalizing details, drafting compliance documentation, and managing reimbursement.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, composing routine client communications, supporting closings, setting up client files, handling new business correspondence and alerts.
Required Qualifications
- Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years relevant experience required.
- Experience working in a client service environment.
- Strong detail-oriented and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
- Independence in working with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication with all organizational levels.
- Process-oriented and team-oriented approach.
- Strong computer and software skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Full-time employment preference.
- Exempt status preferred.
