About the role

You will report to the Director of Operations and serve as the primary client contact, delivering exceptional service both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Serve on client teams with advisors as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Onboard new clients and support existing ones, handling account openings, money movements (journals, wires, ACAT/DTC transfers, RMDs), and account maintenance
  • Address client inquiries promptly within the same day, responding to requests and providing information
  • Complete cashiering responsibilities, including ACH, wire, and check requests
  • Maintain accurate and current client records and files in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with custodian partners (Fidelity, Schwab, and others) to ensure accurate processing of client transactions, including downloading/uploading forms, monitoring system changes, resolving issues, and staying updated on procedures
  • Become proficient in using applications such as Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, and custodial platforms (Schwab and Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete client service and account maintenance requests
  • Field client requests, complete tasks, and follow through to ensure client needs are met while adhering to compliance standards
  • Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor for accuracy
  • Participate in weekly CSA team meetings—prepare agenda items, raise concerns, suggest solutions, and contribute to efficiency and process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience building relationships with key partners for assigned customers
  • Strong accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to assess the severity of support requests and escalate as needed
  • Client-first attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Proactive in anticipating advisor and client needs
  • Ability to maintain composure and positivity in time-sensitive and complex situations
  • Experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment
  • Finance industry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel and Salesforce preferred)
  • Eagerness to work in a growing practice
  • Trustworthy, ethical, and able to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
