Client Services Associate - Wealth Management

Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Prepare, process, and track crucial financial paperwork, including new account applications and asset transfers.
- Cook up and schedule client review meetings, managing advisor calendars to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain flawless, compliant client records within the firm CRM and internal databases.
- Collaboratively resolve complex operational issues with custodians and third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of operational or client service experience within wealth management, financial planning, or banking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with modern wealth management technology, financial software, and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
Requirements
