About the role

FASTSIGNS® of Rochester, MN, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by connecting with clients and providing tailored signage solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate signage products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in signage, advertising, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Workplace is a plus.
  • Ability to read construction plans is a bonus.
